Teacher's Day Writing Campaign from now till 8th May 2016!

Teachers' Day in Malaysia is held annually on May 16. Although it is not an official school holiday, celebrations are typically held in schools throughout the country. If May 16 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it is observed on the preceding Friday.
Malaysian Teachers' Day commemorates the endorsement of the Razak Report, an educational proposal aimed at reforming the educational system in Malaya (now Malaysia). This document has been the basis of the educational system in Malaya and eventually Malaysia ever since.
The Razak Report was named after its author, Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, who served as the Education Minister at the time. The report provided for Bahasa Melayu (the Malay language) as the main medium of instruction, but other language medium schools were allowed to retain their medium of instruction.
Other provisions included formation of a single national education system with a Malayan-oriented curriculum and introduction of a single system of evaluation for all students. These principles were adopted as the country's education framework.

On Teachers' Day, Malaysian students and their parents show their gratitude and appreciation for the teachers who make a significant contribution to the development of Malaysia.
Now, have you think of any gift for your beloved teachers on Teacher's Day?  Tell me about more about your teacher or share your story with us, you will be given SPECIAL TEACHER's Day Gift for you teacher if your story are choosen and shortlisted.   This campaign is open from NOW till 8Th May 2016!

SUCCESS STORIES
Overcoming Life’s Setbacks

Mohamad Razali
Mohamad Razali got involved in Tupperware Brands when his late wife Hjh. Maimum took up the business in the 80’s. He was a headmaster then, a job he loved but which earned him only a modest salary. The income from the Tupperware Brands Business however was more encouraging. While he kept his day job, Mohamad Razali helped his late wife in his spare time and before long, the business was growing at a steady rate.
In 1982, Mohamad Razali was offered a Tupperware Brands distributorship in the East Coast. He found himself faced with having to make some tough decisions. “I believed in the potential of the business and although it was a risk, I resigned from my school job to join the Tupperware Brands Business full time. In this way, I could really make a go at giving my all to the business.” he says.
The first eight years were exciting but challenging. He and Hjh Maimum ate, slept and breathed the Tupperware Brands Business.
In 2000, things took a turn for the better. With a new rented shop in Temerloh and a business recovering from the recession, Mohamad Razali could breathe easy again. However on 12 November, all that changed.
“We were driving out to meet prospects at a service centre in Temerloh. Along the way, Hjh Maimum said she was experiencing pain. There were no clinics along the way as it was a Sunday so I raced over to the Kuantan Medical Centre instead. I was too late. She died in the car.” Two days later, Mohamad Razali’s dear mother also passed away.
Crushed by these deaths, he just wanted to give up on everything. He remembers, “I was devastated. The grief and fear was just too much to bear. First, my wife. Then my mother. I also struggled with the fear of not being able to care for my children on my own. What if I failed? But it was my friends and family and the people at Tupperware Brands who came to my aid. I can’t imagine the state I would have been in if not for them.”
Feeling strengthened by their support, Mohamad Razali resolved to stay on with the business. His looked to the business as a way to pull him out of his darkest hour. From a man driven to the brink of despair, Mohamad Razali picked himself up and pushed harder than ever to make it big.
His efforts paid off. In 2001, he was awarded the ‘Best Outstanding Distributor of the Year’. He began to feel self-assured again saying, “The award made me realise that if I put my mind to it, I could achieve anything. I was a good leader. I had loyal customers. And most of all, I had the backing of a trusted brand and a company that truly cared. With the people of Tupperware Brands behind me, I had the confidence to make it.”
Having found love again with his current wife Norida Ahmad, Mohamad Razali is a content man in more ways than one. A former banker, Norida too joined him in the business full time after seeing how promising the Tupperware Brands business model was.
He says, “From earning just RM1,245 a month as a headmaster, I am now earning a five-figure income with Tupperware Brands every month. With the new business plan, I moved up from Executive Director to Senior Executive Director. In just one additional year, I made it to Presidential Director. The people at Tupperware Brands have always believed in me and now I believe in myself too.”

From simple homemaker to savvy motivator

Siti Zaleha
Upon completing her Form 6 examinations, Siti joined Estee Lauder. “I have always had an interest in beauty and being a counter manager involved in sales and marketing brought me great satisfaction,” says Siti of her first job.
It was while working there that she met Idris Arshad, her future husband. Soon the two married and after three years, decided to start a family. She says, “I had difficulty conceiving and the doctor ordered complete rest. So I gave up my job.”
“I felt completely lost without a job and without my own income. I felt a little cut off from the world. Like I lost my independence somehow. But for the time-being, I tried to adjust,” she said.
Then one day Tupperware Brands came her way. She says, “I was immediately drawn to the products at a Tupperware Brands kiosk. I decided to purchase about RM500 worth of products but the distributor running the kiosk persuaded me to sign up so I could enjoy the discounts.” She also invited me to an assembly was being held by her business leader, and there were lots of free gifts handed out.
Siti found herself very eager to pursue Tupperware Brands as a serious business. “I attended numerous training sessions after that. I took my kids along because I had no babysitter at the time. I had the youngest in a stroller and the other sitting beside me with his colouring book and crayons. It was little tough but I’ve no regrets,” she says.
The training soon paid off. “In my first week, I made sales of RM1,000 just by showing the catalogue to friends. At my Announcement Party the second week, 12 people signed-up as downlines. What’s more, I made sales of RM1,800. It was amazing. My commission was RM400 and I received special recognition for my efforts at the next assembly!” Siti exclaims.
“I soon realised Tupperware Brands products sold easily. Plus I loved meeting new people and I loved training them on how to use BeautiControl products. Being from the beauty line myself, I guess I loved this part of the business especially,” she explains.
Since then Siti has been to numerous countries on incentive trips for hitting her sales targets over and over again. She gushes, “I’ve been all over the world, and I absolutely love it! I’ve been to Switzerland, Russia, Australia, Vietnam, Egypt, Thailand and I just returned from Beijing in China. I feel so blessed.”
Conquering Obstacles

Wan Lye Duan
No one could ever say Wan Lye Duan had it easy. Born into an extremely poor family in Muar, Johor, Lye Duan and her eight siblings lived in a tiny shack with no running water or electricity supply. “We were so poor at one time, my parents told my eldest sister and I to stop school after Standard Six,” she recalls.
“I simply refused to let my poverty be a barrier to doing something constructive with my life. I pursued a degree in Science and Education at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and after graduating, I took up the post of mathematics teacher in Sabah and worked there for six months. Later, when my husband got a job in Kuala Lumpur, I followed him there.”
Soon she began to feel the money she earned as a teacher was barely enough to pay the bills and help support her family back home in Muar. She began to think of other ways to supplement her income. “I certainly dropped a bombshell when I decided to give up my teaching job. I admit it was a risk as the country was in recession. My husband and I were walking a tight rope in terms of finances and we were in debt.”
Starting with a small capital, Lye Duan invested in hundreds of Tupperware Brands catalogues and distributed these all over her neighbourhood. She adds, “I even resorted to looking for potential customers in restaurants and at my daughters’ school. I really wanted to make a success of this business.”
After just one year in the business, Lye Duan began to see some positive results. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, she emerged among the Top 5 Managers in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Lye Duan kept her winning streak going. In her second year, she was offered a chance to open her very own business centre in Puchong. She says, “In less than five years of giving up my teaching job my dream of running my own business was coming true.”
With business booming, Lye Duan and her husband decided to have another child. However in Mei 2009, her husband suddenly passed away. Overcome with grief and heavily pregnant, Lye Duan plunged into a state of deep depression.
“It was with the support and encouragement from my team that helped pull me out of the doldrums. There is a great sense of camaraderie among us. We are not merely business mates, we are family,”
Lye Duan has expanded her business empire and has over 5,000 distributors and she has now achieved the coveted Presidential Director rank.

“The path to success is right before our eyes and it’s up to us as individuals to take up the challenge. Remember that we can only achieve greatness if we put our heart and soul into our endeavours. We simply cannot make it if we are half-hearted or unsure of ourselves.”

Tup, Tup, Tupperware For Teacher's Day Gift

With the advent of cheap, disposable plastic food storage, I have gratefully switched over to mostly using the sorts of containers that you can buy at the grocery store in multi-packs. Then when I find myself growing science experiments in the back of the fridge, I can just chuck the entire thing without too much guilt.
But I must confess—I do pink puffy heart the few pieces of genuine Tupperware that I own.
Also? I surf the Tupperware deals for teacher gifts, because who doesn’t like Tupperware? Aliens and robots, that’s who. Real people (and especially real teachers) love and appreciate genuine Tupperware.
And that’s why I want to tell you that the pictures shown below are on sale right now. Think for teacher gifts! There are so many choices given here.
Do pm us, QQ Shoppers or our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/tupperwareQQshoppers/ for products browsing and select your own choice!  I will give u our best price ;)  Just a click away!  Welcome ALWAYS!  ;)

Plastic vs Tupperware?! You decide

TUPPERWARE
Back in the late 40's a man, Earl Tupper, in his basement took some material from NASA and created  beads, little tiny beads, that were named after himself , TUPPERBEADS ( his last name was Tupper). A wonderful product called TUPPERWARE was then created.  In 1946 he formed a Company that is still booming!   All of the bowls back then would break if dropped on the floor!  Children and housewives were cut by this broken glass and ceramic!  The Bowls and Tumblers created back then are still being used TODAY!  All of the products are backed by a LIFETIME WARRANTY, so where is the NEGATIVE!  If you have a piece of Tupperware that has CRACKED, PEELED OR CHIPPED IN ANYWAY , you can return it back to Tupperware for a full refund of the last price it was sold at!  For more about the history of tupperware, just type in: tupperware history and go to the Five Decades of Change link.  There you will find out alot more about the man the product and the History of Tupperware.

PLASTIC
You can buy many different kinds of plastic to store food in and none of them to my knowledge come with a lifetime warranty.  Most of them are not dishwasher safe, nor have they gone through the vigorous testing that TUPPERWARE puts their products through!  Not to mention once bought and cracked you now must throw it away! Your dollars were just thrown away with it!
PRODUCTS
Tupperware has such a varied line of products that have over the last 50+ years it would be impossible for me to list them all here.  But, I am going to list the ones I personally love the best!
  1. BOWLS: for eating cereal, mixing cakes, cookies and pies; bowls for freezing, serving and cooking
  2. STORAGE CONTAINERS: for all your staple items; flour, sugar, coffee, tea, cereal, chocolate morsels, and any other thing you can think off including CRAFTS!
  3. SERVING PIECES: for parties, chips and dip, salads of any size, casseroles (from freezer to microwave to table!)
  4. TOYS: they make toys for all age groups that are SAFE  for all age groups!
  5. TUMBLERS OR DRINKING GLASSES: from toddlers (with sipper seals!) 4oz, to  even 32oz beverage containers, clear , frosted, and colored tupperware.
